Convenient location, well-equipped apartment with 3 bathrooms and a kitchen, great pool area, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed staff and facilities, everything was ready for our trip. In a hurry we visited Mcdonald's nearby. Very clean rooms.

The property was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed spending time there. The location was convenient, with easy access to major expressways and nearby attractions.

We had a few issues during our stay. we had trouble with the pool lights and jacuzzi, but the office was able to help us the next day.

Balcony and patio could be renovated, but to be honest, we never used them. In this humid weather, we'd rather sit inside the house with aircon anyway.

It was worth its 3 stars. We GREATly enjoyed the location and facilities. Room for family was good sized and very clean.

I had a great stay at Berkley Lake Townhomes. The house was clean and well-maintained. The pool area was nice and provided plenty of shade. Even though it was a bit of a drive to the Universal parks due to traffic, the Disney parks were closer. The staff were helpful and resolved any issues promptly. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The equipment was super, very quiet location. We drove 30min. to Universal Studios and Discovery Cove. Very nice staff at the reception!!! We'll be happy to come back

Hapimag Lake Berkley is beautifully situated in the heart of Kissimmee, away from the busy traffic by a small lake, yet all attractions can be easily reached from there. The hotel complex is very nice and clean, and a cottage directly at the pool is even more fun. The furnishings in the house are perfect, even with your own washing machine and tumble dryer. Price / Performance top. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay.

The townhouses at this hotel were fantastic for our new year stay. We rented two houses for our extended family holiday and there was plenty of space for everyone. the beds were very comfortable and we had a laundry room, which was a bonus with the small children in our group. We loved the heated pool, which was conveniently close by, and the option to go fishing in the nearby lake. the staff were always friendly and helpful. a great experience with ample space, comfortable beds, and enjoyable amenities.

Very nice houses with good equipment. Well maintained facility. Playground for the children. Big pool. just right for relaxing after a visit to the park. Walmart to go shopping around the corner.

Very loud air conditioners, sitting on the terrace is hardly possible.

The townhome was clean, spacious, and quiet. It provided everything we needed for a long stay and had a convenient location near Walmart. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The property had plenty of parking space and a helpful information folder.

Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaint.
